RATES ❖ All Rates are quoted in British Pounds (GBP).

❖ Rates will be applicable for reservations made directly with the hotel or through its approved sales office only.

❖ Room rates are based on per room basis.

❖ Subject to any Tourism Tax if implemented by the government.

❖ Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

❖ The Hotel reserves the right to adjust contract rates, in the event of tax and service charge amendments by the Government.

❖ In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited. B.

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES

❖ All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.

❖ Unless flight details are advised, the hotel reserves the right to hold reservations till 1800 hours, on the arrival date.

❖ The hotel reserves the right to release rooms should no payment is received within the stipulated deadline for each booking. C. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME

❖ Check in time: 1500 hours ❖ Check out time: 1100 hours

❖ Late check out from 1100 hours to 1600 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of rates, subject to room availability.

❖ The hotel reserves the right to release the reserved rooms should the above requirements are not met.

❖ Cancellation and revision of booking may be made in writing or by telephone or email. The following charges will apply:

(i) Deposit payment non-refundable.

(ii) 31 days prior to arrival : 50% of total cost

(iii) 20 days prior to arrival : 80% of total cost

(iv) Less than 20 days prior to arrival : 100% of total cost

❖ No-show guest will be charged 100% of total cost.

TERMS OF PAYMENT ❖ To hold the room we require a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room rate with balance of payment in full 2 month prior to arrival. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED

❖ Payments can be made by credit card, banker’s draft or through our bank account.

FORCE MAJEURE

❖ We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Property. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fire and explosions.
